Renalytix accepts and bills all insurance plans. Patients who receive a bill will owe no more than what an in-network cost share for a laboratory test may be. Renalytix is in-network with the payers listed below. Renalytix will work with your health insurance company to obtain coverage for the kidneyintelX.dkd test ordered by your healthcare provider. If you have Traditional Medicare or Medicaid, you will have no out of pocket cost.
